Qfact Marketing Research, LLC has opportunities available for a unique Call Center Representative position.
You must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of Call Center Experience, preferably Inbound Customer Service.
This position involves; Speaking with the members of our "Opt-In" database and screening them for upcoming studies; Updating our proprietary database with respondent information; and Communicating with different teams throughout the company. All calls are made through an automated-computerized system, for both incoming and outgoing traffic. Qfact is a locally owned company that has been in business for over 27 years. We offer a comfortable and friendly work environment.
Our operating hours are as follows:
Mon - Thur 9am-5pm (We are flexible with Start & End times.)
Friday 9am-6pm (We are flexible with Start & End times.)
Mon - Thur Start as early as 1:00pm to 9pm (We are flexible with Start & End times.)
Friday 9am-6pm (at least a minimum of 6 hours)
Saturday No Shift Schedule
(Occasional "special" shifts, depending on work load.)
Sunday 12noon to 6pm
